We are all looking for something. In our hearts we know there is some great thing we are capable of doing, or being. There is one way for sure to find out what that is. Prayer
I am excited about prayer. I believe we are in the middle of a spiritual revolution as people are placing a higher value on their spiritual development. Some are beginning to understand the peace and healing that prayer can bring.
We work at developing many facets of our lives, and at times our spirits have been starved and neglected. I encourage you to come on in and take your place at God’s table. Everyone is welcome here.
In a Spiritual Gifts assessment, I found my primary gift was Intercessory Prayer. No surprise there. Praying for other people is a natural as breathing for me.
I am supportive of prayer teams and partners and the practice of praying with other people. It is a powerful experience. Meeting regularly and visiting the spiritual realm together truly enriches our lives.
I hope people from a wide variety of backgrounds and beliefs will comment and share experiences and ideas here about prayer and spending time with God.
There is a hunger by those who have been there even once to linger in the presence of God.

My career has taken some crazy turns and wonderful side trips. For many years I was an analyst and technical writer in the defense industry. I left to follow my love of creative writing and music and had a children’s music company providing educational and fun programs for kids with all original music for eight years. I served on a large church staff for a year. I have been a copywriter at a marketing firm.
