Release, Receive, Renew

Colorado College labyrinth instructions

Holy God, help us to release and let go of those things we do not need.  Bring forgiveness to our hearts. Forgive us our trespasses and help us forgive others.  Allow us to receive the grace and the blessings available through you.  Renew our minds, our bodies and our spirits. Amen

Wow thanks Erin, I needed that, this will help me get through this day.

  2. Erin Says:

Hey Chrissy, if it wasn’t so cold, I would go walk the labyrinth today. It always allows me to draw close to God and reveals things to me. Have a blessed day.

I just went through a healing ceremony yesterday that worked on releasing thoughts that no longer serve me. What great timing!
I love labyrinths, too — I used one for the first time last year, and the experience was beautiful.

Hi Megan, I think releasing is one of those untapped powers we should remember to use. For me, it works wonders to release feelings like anger and also relationships and situations too. I am so glad you shared about the healing experience and release. Very nice.

How hard it is for us to understand the wisdom you have presented here. Still, each of us must do our best if we want to achieve inner harmony. :-)

  6. Erin Says:

Hi Walter, Inner harmony is so important for our well being. The other day you wrote an post about our identities. I really enjoyed that and it made me think about the things I hold onto that I do not need both emotionally, physically. You said, “Unconsciously I’m living an identity completely different from myself..” That was such a great point. Anger, resentment, jealousy, are all things that upset the harmony and balance in our lives. I appreciate the wisdom of your thoughts and thoroughly enjoy your blog! Thanks as always for stopping by.

    Hello Erin,
A few days ago you commented on my blog about a red and white Christmas tree I made with birds and swirls. It read Tis’ the season to rejoice. If you’d like the illustration to get cards made, I’d be happy to pass it along to you. I use http://www.overnightprints.com all the time and they make cards. Just let me know and I’ll make you a file you can upload.
Hope you are having a great weekend. I wish we had labyrinth in San Diego, I’d like to walk one right about now.
    Deborah
